    Fitz and The Tantrums are an American indie pop and neo soul band from Los Angeles, formed in 2008. The band’s original lineup consisted of Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick (lead vocals, keyboards), Noelle Scaggs (co-lead vocals, percussion), James King (tenor saxophone, keyboard), Joseph Karnes (bass guitar), Jeremy Ruzumna (keyboards) and John Wicks (drums, percussion).

    Since their formation, the band has released three studio albums: Pickin’ Up the Pieces (2010), More Than Just a Dream (2013) and All the Feels (2019).

    The band’s sound has been described as a mix of Motown, soul and new wave. Their debut album, Pickin’ Up the Pieces, reached number one on the US Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart and number 106 on the Billboard 200.

    The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2013. More Than Just a Dream, their second album, peaked at number 17 on the Billboard 200 and was also certified gold by the RIAA. The band’s third album, All the Feels, was released in 2019 and reached number 15 on the Billboard 200.
